Does Mantra of Signets

Also, a strategy question:
How viable is an infuse health, soul feast combo work? Right now, my lv11mo/n can heal another for about 150hp, then soul feast back to full, would this be a viable strategy higher-up? Assuming there are corpses around

I find that I can heal better using other spells than infuse health, esspecially with divine boon on. Word of Healing/Dwyana's Kiss/Heal Other/Osirin Of Healing/Signet of Devotion are in some combination what I normally use.
